Launching ceremony for M/V Kyowa Rose
On Oct.30, 2009, our launching ceremony for MV Kyowa Rose was held at the dock of Honda Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. in Saiki-city, Ohita.
H/E Mr. John Fritz ,Federated States of Micronesia Ambassador to Japan, his family and many other guests including Saiki citizens attended at this ceremony.
This ceremony proceeded smoothly in magnificence from 16:30LT.
Madame Momoe Fritz cut the holding string away with a maul after its naming ceremony conducted by Hiromitsu Takamatsu, the President of Kyowa Shipping Co., Ltd.
M/V Kyowa Rose set off for her maiden voyage on Feb.22, 2010 for the South Pacific.
To build "Kyowa Rose" and her sister vessel "Kyowa Orchid" who launched in 2009, we gathered our knowledge and wisdom besed on our 35 years of experience in the South Pacific Islands since 1974.
Please expect her good performances.
